支撑喉镜与纤维喉镜手术治疗声带良性病变的疗效分析

Efficacy of suspension laryngoscopy and fiberoptic laryngoscopy for the treatment of benign vocal cord lesion

目的探讨应用纤维喉镜手术以及支撑喉镜手术治疗声带良性病变的临床效果以及应用价值。方法将90例声带良性病变患者按手术方式分组,运用支撑喉镜手术治疗的45例为实验组,纤维喉镜手术治疗的45例为对照组,观察两组患者的临床效果及不良反应发生率。结果实验组的治疗总有效率为93.33%(42/45),对照组为91.11%(41/45),组间比较,差异无统计学意义;实验组的不良反应发生率为8.89%(4/45),对照组为11.11%(5/45),两组比较,差异无统计学意义。结论纤维喉镜手术以及支撑喉镜手术在治疗声带良性病变上均具有较好的临床效果,应根据患者的具体情况选择手术方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and value of suspension laryngoscopy and fiberoptic laryngoscopy for the treatment of benign vocal cord lesion. Methods Ninety patients with benign vocal cord lesion were divided into experiment group （n = 45） and control group （ n = 45 ） depending on the operative approach. Suspension laryngoscopy was performed in the experiment group and fiberoptic laryngoscopy in the control group. The clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse effects were evaluated in the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experiment group and the control group were 93.33% （42/45） and 91.11% （41/45） respectively. The incidence of adverse effects in the experiment group and the control group were 8.89% （4/45） and 11.11% （5/45） respectively. There were no differences in the total effective rate and the incidence of adverse effects between the two groups. Conclusions Both suspension laryngoscopy and fiberoptic laryngoscopy have good therapeutic efficacy for benign vocal cord lesion. Clinicians should choose surgical approach according to specific condition of patients.
