大倾角大起伏特厚煤层综放开采关键技术研究

摘要 特厚煤层仰斜综放开采工作面,存在顶煤回收率低、煤壁片帮、冒顶现象严重、支架及设备稳定性差等问题,严重制约着工作面的安全高效回采。以瑞隆矿8101大倾角大起伏厚煤层综放开采工作面为例,对主采煤层及夹矸进行了回弹仪测试,研制三维顶煤放出模拟实验平台,现场放顶煤实测数据,回采率达85%,实现了工作面安全高效高回收率开采。 Low recovery rate of top coal, coal wall rib spalling, serious roof caving, instability of support and equipment in specially thick coal seam inclined fully mechanized working face confines the safe and efficient mining in working face. 8101 large inclined and fluctuated thick coal seam fully mechanized working face of Ruilong Mine was taken as example, rebound apparatus test was conducted in main mining coal seam, 3d top coal release simulation experiment platform was studied, the practice showed that recovery rate achieved by 85%, realized the safe and efficient mining of working face.
