摘要
为了进一步提高坚硬岩石巷道的单进速度,以平顶山天安煤业股份有限公司八矿为例,对影响掘进速度的主要因素进行分析,提出了相应的改进方案,并总结出了一套快速掘进技术,经过3个月的试运行,结果表明,采取改进生产组织和施工工艺一系列措施后,最大月单进由原来未改进前的220 m提升至402 m,单进速度提升效果显著。
In order to improve advancing speed of hard rock roadway,No. 8 Mine,Pingdingshan Tian'an Mining Industry was taken as example,the main factors influencing mining speed were analyzed,the corresponding measures were put forward,a set of rapid advancing technology was summarized,the 3 months operation showed that the perfected construction technology and production organization improved the advancing speed from the original 220 m to 402 m,with obvious advancing effect.
