摘要
根据阳煤集团泰昌煤业岩巷掘进需要,进行了爆破参数优化,提高了掘进速度并降低了掘进费用。根据泰昌煤业岩巷掘进条件,对直眼掏槽和斜眼掏槽2种典型掏槽方式进行对比分析,认为该矿巷道条件下采用似直眼强力掏槽方式更为合适。以似直眼掏槽方式为基础对爆破参数进行优化,试验结果表明参数优化后炸药和雷管单耗分别降低了约13%和5%,炮眼利用率和眼痕率分别提高了24%和205%,巷道掘进费用降低239.47元/m。
Based on the mining needs of Taichang Mining Industry of Yangquan Mining Group, blasting parameter was optimized, which improved advancing rate and reduced advancing cost. according to the mining condition of Taichang Mining Industry, parallel cut and oblique cut were analyzed and compared, similar parallel cut was more adaptable to the mine. Blasting parameters were optimized based on similar parallel cut, the result showed that unit consumption of explosive and detonator reduced by 13% and 5% separately, blasting hole utilization rate and the rate of hole marks were improved by 24% and 205%, the cost of roadway advancing reduced 239.47 RMB/m.
