摘要
针对邢台矿三道火车装车系统的平车器效果不理想,工人劳动强度大的问题,经过认真分析和设计,实施了缩短平车器尾部立柱、延长悬挂梁等一整套平车器改造方案,同时对三道装车放煤斗进行了改造,并制作了钢丝绳防磨装置和钢丝绳自动注油装置。实践表明,火车装车系统改造后效果理想,有效减少了偏载的机率,延长了钢丝绳寿命,大大降低了工人劳动强度。
Based on imperfect effect of flat wagon device and great worker labor intensity in Xingtai Mine, flat wagon device tail pillar was shortened, suspension beam was extended, three loading coal bucket was transformed, wire rope wear device and wire rope automatic oiling device were made. The practice showed that the transformation reduced unbalance loading and extended wire rope cable life, reduced the worker labor intensity.
