摘要
河南神马尼龙化工有限公司变压吸附(PSA)装置程控阀多次出现故障,实际运行中部分程控阀亦有内漏现象,使生产无法运行,必须停车,以便将程控阀取出并进行检修。介绍了停车方案、开车方案及注意事项。
The pressure swing adsorption（PSA） device control valves in Henan Shenma Nylon Chemical Corporation Ltd.ususlly occur faults. In actual operation, because the part program control valves occur the internal leakage, the production can not run and the device must stop in order to the program control valves can be removed and repaired. The device driving and stopping plans, and matters attention were intrduced.
