摘要
通过了解集装箱制造企业电焊工作业岗位职业病危害控制情况,对青岛市某集装箱制造公司15个电焊工作业岗位进行职业病危害因素检测与评价。结果表明,电焊作业时,电焊岗位噪声全部超标;电焊烟尘、锰及其化合物、臭氧、一氧化氮、二氧化氮、一氧化碳、二氧化碳全部合格,该公司电焊工作业岗位职业病危害较重。
By understanding the controlling situation of occupational hazards of welders' workplace in container manufacturing enterprises,the occupational hazards monitoring and assessment were made on 15 welder operating posts in a container manufacturing enterprise in Qingdao. The results show that the noises of welding workplace all exceed the national occupational standard; welding fume, manganese and its compounds, ozone, nitric oxide, nitrogen dioxide, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide are all qualified. The occupational hazards of container welder operating posts in this company are serious.
