摘要
随现代电网数据通信、数字处理和综合自动化技术的发展,有利于提出更可靠、有效的智能变电站保护方案。提出一种基于智能变电站冗余信息的协同后备保护,通过智能二次设备模块化,实现不同保护单元间的互动和信息传输,支持变电站内协同策略的实现,提升变电站保护运行可靠性;利用冗余信息在信息完整性上的优势,应用数据挖掘技术提取有效隐藏信息,提出基于半波积分原理的故障预判算法和在线分析处理的方法,提升了故障识别的快速性;PSCAD/EMTDC仿真结果验证了该文方法的有效性。
Based on advanced digital processing and comprehensive automation technologies,new protection scheme of smart substation can be constructed and realized to improve the security and reliability of power grids.A coordinated backup protection(CBP)scheme based on redundant information was proposed in this paper for smart substations.By intelligent secondary device modulization,the cooperation and coordinated strategy were studied to improve the reliability of substation protection.Due to the advantage of redundant information,effective hiding information could be extracted using data mining technologies.Thus,a fault forecast algorithm based on half-wave integral principle was proposed,and the rapidity of fault identification could be greatly improved by on-line data analysis.PSCAD/EMTDC based simulation and analysis results verified the validity of the proposed algorithm.
