摘要 目前,以学业成绩为依据,以身心健康、创新潜质、实践能力为参考的高校招生选拔制度,客观上并未达到对创新人才的选拔和激励作用。西安交通大学少年班以创新潜质作为重要依据的招生考试制度改革的实践与探索,对目前社会和教育机构热议的考试制度、内容和方式方法改革提供了个案样本,对深入思考高校招生工作具有一定的启发性。 The current selection system is based on the academic performance and takes the physical and psychological health, the potential creativity and practical ability as the reference, which hasn' t objectively played its role of selecting and encouraging creative talents. Xi' an Jiaotong University Junior Class adopts the enrollment and testing system taking the potential creativity as the important basis, and the practice and exploration of which has provided a case sample for the current reform of testing system, contents and methods heatedly discussed by the social and educational organizations, so it will provide some implications for thinking deeply of the important topic of the times.
