摘要
为了凸显教学中的"人",教学文化适应论逐渐兴起。适应论反映了对于学生发展的尊重,但也导致了主体的迷失、适应的单子化及目的化等问题。过分强调适应势必会导致教学活动教育之魂的丧失。在反思的基础上寻求人的解放、在对话中实现学生文化的发展是摆脱适应论弊端的关键举措。
In order to emphasize "human beings", adaption theory of teaching culture rises gradually. Adaption theory reflects the respect of development of students, but it also leads to loss of main body, ignoring the complexity and situational characteristic of the student culture. Overemphasizing adaption will lose the soul of education. Therefore, seeking people' s liberation on the basis of reflection and promoting the development of student culture are key points to get rid of the drawbacks of adaption theory.
