摘要
研究性教就是以问题为中心的教学,具有开放性、实践性、广泛性和全面性等特点。研究性教学对教学行为的基本要求最集中地体现为师生共同思考提出问题和共同研讨解决问题。在研究性教学中,有效教学行为的生成,不仅要提高教师的教学设计和组织管理能力,调动学生的学习自主性和积极性,还要形成平等、民主、和谐的师生关系,重建科学、多元的教学评价体系。
Focusing on the problem, the research teaching is considered to be open, practical, extensive and comprehensive. The basic requirement for teaching behavior in the research teaching lies in that teachers and students reflect on and put forward with problems together, and then discuss to handle them. The generation of effective teaching behavior in the research teaching not only needs the improvement in teachers' ability of teaching design and organization, but also the motivation of students' learning autonomy and enthusiasm. In addition, the equal, democratic and harmonious relationships between teachers and students, and the reconstruction of scientific, multiple teaching evaluation system are equally important.
