摘要
良好的教师发展是提高教育质量,提升一个国家教育发展水平的重要保证。当前中国高校教师发展中主要存在着"传统的教师培训方式无法满足当前高校教师发展的不同要求"、"各高校在教师发展中的作用没有充分发挥"、"高校教师自身发展动力不足"等问题。以"学习型组织"理论为指导,借鉴西方发达国家先进的教育理念与教育模式,创新出适合中国高校教师需要的新发展路径,对于提高高校教师整体素质,提升高等教育质量,增强国家教育综合竞争力具有重要意义。
Good teacher development is important to improve the quality of education and enhance the level of national education development. The main questions of Chinese University Teacher Development are "abuse of traditional teacher trainng',"lack of the university's special roll", "deficiency of teachers'conscious development" and so on. Based on the Learning Organization Theory and the advanced educational ideas and modes, it is very significant to create new development ways to satisfy the teachers'request, improve the overall quality of teachers and strengthen the national competitiveness of Chinese education.
