术前情景模拟应用于剖宫产手术产妇椎管内麻醉的效果分析

Analysis on the effect of preoperative simulation on intra-spinal canal anesthesia in cesarean section surgery

目的探讨术前情景模拟方式对于剖宫产手术实施椎管内麻醉的产妇配合程度及麻醉穿刺成功率。方法选择实施剖宫产手术的100例产妇,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各50例。均实施术前访视。试验组在此基础上协助产妇进行麻醉体位模拟训练,帮助其适应麻醉体位,感受除穿刺外的麻醉过程。对2组产妇手术麻醉前的焦虑情绪、麻醉体位摆放时间及麻醉穿刺一次成功率进行比较,同时调查麻醉医生对产妇麻醉配合的满意度,以及产妇对手术室护士的工作满意度评价。结果试验组产妇麻醉前及术后的焦虑情绪明显低于对照组;术中摆放体位时间明显少于对照组;麻醉一次穿刺成功率、担任试验组麻醉的麻醉医生对产妇的配合满意度以及产妇术后对手术室护士工作的满意度明显高于对照组。结论术前情景模拟应用于剖宫产手术产妇椎管内麻醉可有效减少产妇因麻醉带来的焦虑情绪,增强术中麻醉时的配合程度,提麻升醉穿刺的成功率,使麻醉医生和产妇的满意度均有所提高。

Objective To investigate the preoperative simulation of spinal anesthesia for cesarean section opera tion with the degree and the maternal anesthesia puncture success rate. Methods 100 parturients underwent cesarean section operation, and they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, each with 50 parturients. The two groups were interviewed before the simulation. The experimental group were trained to assist the maternal anesthesia posture simulation training, were helped to adapt the anesthesia puncture position, and the experience the whole process of anesthesia without real puncture. The anxiety of the two groups before anesthesia, operation position time and anesthesia puncture success rate were compared, at the same time, the anesthesiologist collect the information about the anesthetic and maternal satisfaction, nurses satisfaction evaluation in the operation room. Results In the experimental group, the anesthetic anxiety before and after surgery was significantly lower than the control group in the operation time; their posture positioning time was significantly less than the control group; the success rate of anesthesia, anesthesia doctor on maternal andmaternal satisfaction with postoperative operation room nurse job satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Conclusion The application of scene simulation in the maternal cesarean section operation with spinal anesthesia can effectively reduce maternal anxiety caused by anesthesia during the operation. The puncture success rate, the satisfaction rate of anesthesiologist and the puerperal is markedly improved.
