摘要
目的 探讨人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染者和艾滋病患者的健康管理需求与满意度差异。方法 对该人群进行治疗相关知识、生理知识、心理知识、社会交往管理需求与满意度调查、评价。结果 该群体对治疗相关知识、生理知识、心理知识的管理需求和满意度评价之间的差异均有统计学意义(P均〈0.05);除休闲娱乐活动的需求与满意度的差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.9,P〉0.05)外,其他社会交往管理需求和满意度评价之间的差异均有统计学意义(P均〈0.05)。结论 目前该人群的健康管理状况与其需求尚有较大差距。
Objective To learn the current status of needs and satisfaction of health management of HIV/AIDS patients.Methods The investigation of 'caring-supporting' managing model for HIV/AIDS patients was conducted in this study.In this study,we investigate the contents of AIDs patients including needs and satisfaction of drug related information and information management,physical,mental,social communication management.The difference was compared by chi-square test.Results Statistical analysis showed that the difference between needs and satisfaction on drug,physical,mental and social interaction related information and information management(all P<0.05),except the assessment for needs and satisfaction on Leisure and entertainment activities knowledge management(P >0.05).Conclusion There is gap for HIV/AIDS patients' health management between the current status of management and demand.
