摘要
目的采用在线英兰超滤-离子色谱法同时测定饮用水中11种阴离子(F-、Cl O-2、Cl-、NO-2、Br-、Cl O-3、NO-3、SO2-4、Br O-3、二氯乙酸、三氯乙酸)。方法采用英兰超滤在线样品前处理装置直接进样,通过离子色谱仪进行测定。流动相为乙腈-3.6 mmol/L碳酸钠溶液(10∶90,V/V),进样体积为100μl,流速为0.7 ml/min。结果方法的定量限为:F-:0.20 mg/L、Cl O-2:0.10 mg/L、Br O-3:0.002 mg/L、Cl-:5.00 mg/L、NO-2:0.020 mg/L、Br-:0.20 mg/L、Cl O-3:0.10 mg/L、NO-3:0.50 mg/L、SO2-4:5.00 mg/L、二氯乙酸:0.010 mg/L、三氯乙酸:0.020 mg/L。线性范围为:F-:0.20 mg/L^5.00 mg/L、Cl O-2:0.10 mg/L^3.00 mg/L、Br O-3:0.002 mg/L^0.040 mg/L、Cl-:5.00 mg/L^100 mg/L、NO-2:0.020 mg/L^2.00 mg/L、Br-:0.20 mg/L^2.00 mg/L、Cl O-3:0.10 mg/L^3.00 mg/L、NO-3:0.50 mg/L^30.0 mg/L、SO2-4:5.00 mg/L^100.0 mg/L、二氯乙酸:0.010 mg/L^0.200 mg/L、三氯乙酸:0.020 mg/L^0.400 mg/L,相关系数≥0.999 0,加标回收率为77.8%~125.0%,RSD≤4.9%。结论该法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,适用于水中11种阴离子的同时测定。
Objective To simultaneously detect the eleven anions (F-, ClO2-, Cl-, NO2-, Br-, ClO3-, NO3-, SO4 2- , BrO3-, DCAA and TCAA) in drinking water by inline filtration - ion chromatography. Methods The samples were directly fed with inline filtration pre - treatment facility, and determined by ion chromatography, under the conditions of that the mobile phase was acetonitrile - 3.6 mmol/L Na2CO3 ( 10 : 90, V/V), the injection volume was 100 μl, and the mobile speed was 0.7 ml/min. Results The quantitative detection limit were F- : 0.20 mg/L, ClO2- : 0.10 mg/L, BrO3- : 0.002 mg/L, Cl- : 5.00 mg/L, NO2- 0. 020 mg/L, Br- : 0. 20 mg/L, ClO3- : 0. 10 mg/L, NO3- : 0. 50 mg/L, SO4 2- : 5.00 mg/L, DCAA: 0.010 mg/L, TCAA: 0.020 mg/L. The linearity range of this method were F- : 0.20 mg/L -5.00 mg/L, ClO2- : 0.10 mg/L- 3.00 mg/L, BrO3- : 0. 002 mg/L - 0. 040 mg/L, Cl - : 5.00 mg,/L - 100 mg/L, NO2- : 0. 020 mg/L - 2.00 mg/L, Br- : 0.20 mg/L-2.00 mg/L, ClO3- : 0.10 mg/L-3.00 mg/L, NO3:0.50 mg/L-30.0mg/L, SO4 2-: 5.00 mg/L- 100.0 mg/L, DCAA: 0.010 mg/L -0.200 mg/L, TCAA: 0.020 mg/L -0.400 mg/L (r ≥0.999 0). The samples' average rates of recovery were of 77.8% - 125.0% and RSD ≤4.9%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate, which is suitable for the simultaneous detection of 11 negative ions in water.
