高校宿舍楼排水系统微生物污染现状及分布特征 被引量:5

摘要 建筑排水系统内微生物对人们的健康与疾病传播有重要的影响,是一重大的公共卫生安全问题。为准确、全面地了解高校宿舍楼排水系统微生物污染现状和分布特征,完善建筑排水系统的卫生性能,通过检测某高校学生宿舍楼生活排水系统不同部位的菌落总数、大肠菌群、金黄色葡萄球菌指标,并用SPSS19.0软件进行统计分析,结果表明:宿舍楼排水系统微生物污染严重;排水支管微生物分布随着排水系统部位、宿舍楼性质(男生与女生宿舍)、使用年限的不同而不同,而排水立管上的微生物分布和使用年限无关,和日排水量等因素有关。 Microorganisms in building drainage systems have an important impact on people's health and the spread of disease, which is a major public health security issue. In order to find out the microbial contamination status and distribution characteristics in the drainage system of university dormitories accurately and comprehensively, as well as to improve the hygienic property, the total bacteria, coliform bacteria and Staphylococcus aureus in different parts of the drainage system of the university dormitories were detected, and the data were collected and analyzed by SPSS19.0 software. The results indicated that the microbial contamination was serious, and the microbial distribution in horizontal pipes was related to the different parts of drainage system, the male/female dormitory and the service life, while the microbial distribution in vertical pipes was not related to the service life, but related to the daily discharge volume and other factors.
