子宫肉瘤的分子基础及靶向治疗的研究进展
摘要
子宫肉瘤是一种病因不明的异质性肿瘤，主要由起源于子宫平滑肌、子宫内膜间质（或上皮）和非上皮混合成分的肿瘤组成。不同起源的子宫肉瘤具有不同的生物学特性，对治疗的反应也不尽相同。目前，子宫肉瘤的治疗提倡以手术为主的综合治疗，强调根据患者的肿瘤特点个体化选择合适的治疗方式。
