摘要
目的:探讨高原移居战士负荷运动前后氧化/抗氧化状态及红益胶囊的抗氧化效果。方法:对平原入伍到海拔3800m高原地区6~24个月健康男性战士8名,分别在服用红益胶囊前及服药5、8d检测运动前静息状态、运动后30min时的血清8-isoPGF2a、MDA、SOD、GSH—Px水平的变化。结果i与静息状态比较,服药前、服药5、8d,运动后血清8-PGF2a、MDA水平明显增高(均P〈0.01),血清SOD、GSH—Px水平明显降低(均P〈0.01);与服药前运动后比较,服药后8d,运动后血清8-PGF2a、MDA水平明显降低(均P〈0.01),血清s0D、GSH—Px水平明显升高(P〈0.01或P〈0.05)。结论:移居高原战士运动后存在明显的氧化应激,红益胶囊能明显减轻运动后氧化应激性损伤。
Objective:To investigate the oxidation/antioxidation states before and after load exercise in plateau migrant sodiers and the antioxidative effect of hongyi capsules. Methods. Eight healthy male soldiers who joined the army in plain and came to plateau of 3 800 m for 6 to 24 months were enrolled. Before and 5 or 8 days after oral intake of hongyi capsules, serum 8--iso PGF2. ,MDA,SOD and GSH--Px of all the soldiers in resting state before exercise and 30 rain after exercise were examined respectively. Results: Compared with in resting state, serum 8--PGF2a and MDA were significantly increased (P〈0.01) while serum SOD and GSH--Px were significantly decreased (P〈0.01) after load exercise, before and 5 or 8 days after oral intake of hongyi capsules. After 8 days of oral intake of hongyi capsules, serum 8--iso PGF2a and MDA were significantly lower while SOD and GSH--Px were significantly higher after load exercise compared with that before medication (P〈0.01 or P〈0.05). Conclusion. There is obvious oxida- tive stress in plateau migrants after load exercise, and hongyi capsules can significantly reduce injuries induced by oxidative stress after load exercise.
