摘要
目的:探讨驻守海拔2 800m官兵(A组,33名)和4 820m官兵(B组,25名)的左心功能变化特点。方法:利用飞利浦便携CX50型超声诊断仪对高原官兵行超声心动图检查,重点检查左室短轴舒张末内径(LVDd)、左房收缩末左右径(LASd)、右房收缩末左右径(RASd),右室舒张末左右径(RVDd),二尖瓣口E、A峰血流速度(MVE、MVA),二尖瓣环舒张早期速度(E’)、二尖瓣环舒张晚期速度(A’)。结果:B组官兵的MVE、MVA、E’、A’、E’/A’均低于A组官兵;B组官兵LVDd小于A组官兵。结论:驻守海拔超高的官兵左心室舒张功能较驻守海拔较高的官兵减低;驻守海拔超高的官兵左心室舒张末内径较驻守海拔较高官兵的小。
Objective:To analyze the difference of left heart function between the soldiers and officers who stationed at the altitude of 2 800 m group A n=33 and 4 820 m group B n=25. Methods:The echocardio- gram examination was performed for the officers and soldiers by using Philips CX50 portable ultrasonic diagnostic scanner,mainly focusing on left ventricular end--diastolic diameter (LVDd),left atrium (LA), right atrium (RA), right ventricle (RV), pulmonary artery (PA), mitral valve flow peak E velocity and peak A velocity(MVE, MVA), early diastolic mitral annulus velocity(E') ,and late diastolic mitral annulus velocity(A'). Results:the MVE,MVA,E' ,and E'/A' in group B were all lower than those in group A. The LVDd in group B was smaller than that in group A. Conclusion:The left ventricular diastolic function of officers and soldiers at 4 820 m altitude could be reduced compared with that of 2 800 m,and the LVDd at 4 820 m is smaller.
