Nursing care of patients with hemophagocytic syndrome

目的:研究嗜血细胞综合征(hemophagocytic syndrome,HPS)患者的护理。方法:针对患者的临床表现采取了心理护理、移植护理、发热护理、应用激素护理、预防出血及感染护理、多脏器功能障碍护理等方法。结果:19例HPS中,11例患者病情好转,6例死亡,2例放弃治疗。结论:HPS护理应把心理护理放在首位,严格规范移植期护理、重视症状护理和多脏器功能障碍护理。

Objective.. To investigate nursing method for the patients with hemophagocytic syndrome （HPS）. Methods. A serie of nursing methods, including psychological nursing, transplantation nursing, fe- ver nursing, hormone therapy nursing, prevention of bleeding and infection, nursing care of multiorgan dys- function syndrome,were applied based on the patients＇ clinical manifestation. Results. Eleven patients were improved （including 4 undergoing stem cells transplantation）, 6 died and 2 given up treatment. Conclusion.Psychological nursing is very important and should be put in the first place. The transplantation nursing should be standardized, and much more attention should be placed on the symptomatic nursing and multi-- organ dysfunction syndrome nursing.
