摘要
目的:探讨食管癌患者体重减轻对放疗摆位精度的影响。方法:每周对患者称重一次,应用电子射野成像装置摄取0°、90°体位验证片,将体位验证片与数字重建图像进行匹配分析。结果:体重显著减轻者的放疗摆位误差较大。结论:食管癌患者放疗时体重减轻超过3kg必须重新定位。
Objective： To explore the effect of weight loss on radiotherapy setup precision for esophageal cancer.Methods： We collected the weight data of patient weekly,and their position checking film images（ 0°,90°） were compared with their DRR images. Results： The patients with more weight loss had much more setup errors. Conclusion： Patients with weight loss more than 3kg must fix their position anew.
