Clinical advances in the detection of circulating tumor cells

摘要 研究发现循环肿瘤细胞(circulating tumor cells,CTCs)存在于恶性肿瘤患者外周血中,对这些稀有细胞进行检测和生物学分析在恶性肿瘤的早期诊断、评价预后、检测复发转移及个体化治疗等方面具有非常重要的价值。 Circulating tumor cells（ CTCs） exist in the patients＇ peripheral blood,detection and biological analysis of these rare cells will provide important value to the detection of early disease,assessing prognosis,monitoring metastasis and individualized treatment in cancers.
