摘要 目的:研究6~12岁正常儿童嗓音多维嗓音分析(Multi Dimensional Voice Program, MDVP)各项声学参数阈值,有助于为小儿声带异常提供诊断依据,为儿童嗓音结果分析提供参考。方法运用CSL model 4150系统嗓音分析软件对130例6-12岁儿童检测MDVP各项参数,经纤维喉镜确诊的20例6~12岁声带小结患儿病例作为对照。结果正常儿童MDVP中基频最为稳定,与成人差异明显;基频微扰、振幅微扰、噪音参数稳定性处于可接受范围,儿童与成人之间没有明显差异;正常组和声带小结组基频微扰,振幅微扰,噪音相关参数经统计差异明显。结论 MDVP是评估儿童发音障碍的重要手段之一;正常儿童嗓音数据库的建立有利于提高嗓音评估的可靠性。 Objective To investigate the normal values of multi-dimensional parameters in normal children by observing the changes of the acoustic parameters in normal children(6~12y) voice sample. Methods The voice of 130 normal children(6~12y) was recorded by the Multi-Dimensional Voice Programme (MDVP) of CSL model 4150,compared with 20 vocal fold nodules patients (6~12y). Results Children data show a high stability of Frequency Fundamental parameters, the significant difference was observed between the childern and the adult. It is acceptable for parameters of frequency and amplitude perturbation, noise, having no significant difference compared with the adult.The voices of patients with vocal fold nodules had significantly elevated parameters of frequency , amplitude perturbation and noise compared with control subjects (P〈0.01). Conclusions The MDVP is an objective, noninvasive diagnostic tool that represents an important advancement in the assessment of pediatric dysphonia. The normative database may be used to reliably assess the voices of children.
