集束化护理在喉癌术后患者中的应用探讨

Post-operative application of cluster nursing procedure among laryngeal carcinoma patients following partial laryngectomy

目的探讨集束化护理在喉癌术后患者中的应用效果。方法 40例接受部分喉切除术+气管切开术的喉癌患者,随机分为集束化护理组20例和对照组20例。对照组患者接受常规喉癌术后护理,集束化护理组由专业护士运用集束化护理模式进行干预,比较分析两组患者住院时间、住院费用和患者及家属满意度。结果集束化护理组住院时间和住院费用显著降低(P<0.05),患者及家属满意度明显提高(P<0.05)。结论采用集束化护理可缩短住院时间,减少住院费用,提高患者及家属满意度,有利于改善护患关系。

Objective To evaluate the application effect of cluster nursing procedure among laryngeal carcinoma patients following partial laryngectomy. Methods Fourty laryngeal carcinoma patients receiving tracheostomy plus partial laryngectomy in our department were randomly divided into groups, i.e. cluster nursing group （CNG） and routine nursing group （RNG）, with 20 cases in each group. Cases in CNG were nursed with cluster nursing procedure by specially trained nurses and those in RNG nursed routinely as common procedure postoperatively. Then, a comparative analysis was made to evaluate the differences in hospitalizing duration, costs and the satisfactory level of patients themselves and their relatives. Results The hospitalizing duration and costs were significantly redued （P〈0.05） and the satisfactory level of patients themselves and their relatives obviously improved in CNG （P〈0.05）, as compared with that of RNG. Conclusions Cluster nursing procedure can significantly shorten hospitalizing duration, reduce costs and enhance the satisfactory level of patients themselves and their relatives. and may improved the relationship between medical workers and patients.
