摘要
通过对2.0T GDI发动机进行试验,主要研究了分次喷射策略对GDI发动机中高速机油稀释的影响。试验结果表明,通过采用合理的分次喷射策略,可以改善油束在喷射过程中的碰壁情况,减少融入油膜中的汽油量,从而改善机油稀释问题,但是随着机油稀释问题的改善,发动机的烟度会出现恶化。
With the test on 2.0T GDI engine, this paper mainly studies the effect of twice injection strategy of the oil dilution on GDI engine at mid-high speed. The test results show that by adopting reasonable twice injection strategy, the wall wetting can be improved in the injection process, and the amount of gasoline in the oil film also reduced, so as to improve oil dilution. But with the improvement of oil dilution, the soot will be deteriorated.
