摘要
本文研究了使用X荧光光谱法对酸浸渣中多元素的含量进行快速分析的方法,主要讨论了测定酸浸渣中各元素的仪器参数选择与优化、谱线选择以及方法的校准,并建立了新的分析方法。同时对新方法的准确性和精密度进行对照试验,分析结果均在国家标准规定的允许误差范围内。该方法简便易行,准确可靠,能同时快速测定酸浸渣中所需分析的所有元素,有效解决由多岗位、多人力才能分析酸浸渣的不足,最大化的节约能耗,满足实际生产上对酸浸渣的测定要求。
This paper researches on a rapid analysis method by using the X-ray fluorescence spectrometry to rapid analysis the content of different elements in acid leaching residne, It mainly discusses the selection and optimization of instrument parameter for identification of each element in the acid leaching residue, the spectral line selection and the method of calibration, and then develops a new analysis method. At the same time, the authors have carried on the check experiment for the accuracy and precision of the new method, and the test results are within the permissible error range of the national standard. The method is simple, easier, accurate and reliable, It can rapid identify and determine all the necessary elements in acid leaching residue. It is also an effective solution to solve the problem of analysising the acid leaching residue needed more jobs and more manpower. It also maximize the energy saving, to meet the requirements to rapid identification and determination of acid leaching residue in actual production.
