DTI在轻型颅脑损伤中的应用研究

摘要 目的探讨磁共振扩散张量成像(DTI)在轻型颅脑损伤(m TBI)中的应用价值。方法应用DTI对47例m TBI患者和47例健康志愿者(对照组)进行检查,在各向异性(FA)图上分别测量m TBI组和对照组双侧额叶、颞叶、顶叶、枕叶、胼胝体膝部、压部、内囊前后肢及中脑、桥脑、延髓的FA值,并进行两两比较。结果与对照组相比,m TBI组部分区域的FA值有不同程度的下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 DTI能较为敏感地检测出m TBI患者白质纤维的损伤情况,有助于早期诊断和判断预后。 Objective To study the value of MR diffusion tensor imaging( DTI) in the clinical application of mild traumatic brain injury( m TBI).Methods 47 patients with m TBI and matched 47 control subjects were performed with DTI.Fractional anisotropy( FA) was calculated from different white matter regions including frontal lobe,temporal lobe,parietal lobe,occipital lobe,corpus callosum,internal capsule and medulla mesencephalon,pons varolii,oblongataand was also compared between m TBI and control group.Results Compared with control group,FA value was decreased in different degree in different white matter regions( P〈0.05).Conclusion DTI is sensitive for detecting the traumatic injury of white matter,which is helpful for diagnosis earlier and judgment prognosis.
