纯钛修复体黏结前表面处理方法研究进展 被引量:1

Research progress on surface treatment with pure titanium prosthesis before bonding

摘要 随着种植技术的进步,种植修复已成为口腔牙列缺损修复的首选方案。纯钛因具有优越的机械和生物学性能而被广泛用作为口腔修复体的原材料,在种植领域更是发挥着不可替代的作用;但其在黏结性能方面仍存在一些缺陷。为获得纯钛修复体与黏结剂的最佳黏结效果(强度和黏结持久性),学者们采取了多种方法来改进其表面性能,以达到提高修复体在口腔中使用寿命的目的。本文就近年来国内外学者对纯钛修复体黏结前表面处理的方法做一综述,以期为纯钛修复体的临床应用提供理论参考。 With the development of implanting technology, implanting restoration has become the preferred scheme of oral dentition defect restoration. Pure titanium is widely used as a raw material for dental restoration because of its excellent mechanical and biological properties, especially in the field of implants which plays an irreplaceable role. But there are still some defects in the adhesion. To get the optimum adhesive strength and adhesive durability of pure titanium restorations, many researchers have adopted a variety of methods to. perform surface and ultimately extended the service life of pure titanium restorations in the oral cavity. To provide a theoretical reference for the clinical practice of pure titanium restorations, this review briefly summarized the different methods of surface treatments.
