摘要
运用ANSYS分析软件对机械工程中某工字型结构钢悬臂梁进行静力分析,得到该梁在外部集中载荷作用下的应力图、应变图和总变形图,从而提供了一种完善的设计手段,降低了零件的设计成本,一定程度上缩短了产品的设计周期,达到了优化设计的目的。
Using ANSYS analysis software of mechanical engineering in a I-shaped steel cantilever beams are static analysis to get the beam under the action of concentrated external load stress diagram,the strain diagram and total deformation figure,a complete design method which reduces the design cost of parts is provided to shorten the design cycle of products and achieve the goal of the optimization design.
