摘要
剥叶辊是大型甘蔗剥叶站的关键部件之一,决定了剥叶站的工作性能。对稳健设计方法进行研究,引入Taguchi关于产品质量的定义,建立稳健优化模型,利用有限元分析软件求得目标函数及约束函数值,进而借助于信噪比和正交表,得到目标函数的稳健设计解,完成稳健设计,并以实例说明该方法在大型甘蔗剥叶辊中的应用。
The roller is one of the key components of large-scale sugarcane stripper and could decide its performance.The optimization model was established by introducing the Taguchi definition of product quality.The objective function and constraint function value were found out by using finite element analyzing software,and the robust design was accomplished through the signal noise ratio and perpendicular-intersecting experiment.Its application was illustrated by example.
