摘要
油淬火介质是PAG淬火剂中应用较为普遍的一种,但由于污染严重、易老化且存在安全隐患而备受制约。主要探讨了PAG水溶性淬火液在生产中的应用,希望有所指导和帮助。
Quenching quality,to a large extent,affects the life of mechanical parts and the use of performance.By heating treatment,quenching parts in the process of material,as well as the structure factors and appear all kinds of defects,such as cracking,hard through the low,deformation,and soft point,etc.The quenching medium is one of the most critical factors whose heat-treatment quality has a vital role.
