红枣红外辐射干燥数学模型

Mathematical model of infrared radiation for drying dates

利用自行设计的红外辐射干燥箱,对红枣进行红外辐射干燥研究。通过对试验值进行回归分析,确定红枣红外辐射干燥模型的形式为Page模型。该模型与辐射温度和辐射距离有关,并得到各参数的表达式和数值。通过对实验值和模型预测值进行统计检验,说明该模型能较好的描述和预测红枣红外辐射干燥的水分比变化规律。

The self-designed infrared radiation oven was used to study the infrared radiation drying on dates.By the regression analysis of experimental data,the Page mode was determined to be the form of infrared radiation drying model.The model was relevant with the radiation temperature and radiation distance,and the expressions and values of each parameter were got.Through the statistical tests of experimental values and the predicted values,it indicates that the model can better describe and predict the water changing rule of the dates dried by infrared radiation.
