摘要
以不同结构特点和用途的小型单缸柴油机为样机开展整机排放试验研究,得出同一台柴油机用不同的试验循环得出的柴油机整机排放值差异较大。同一台柴油机用含有25%负荷的五工况、六工况试验循环得出的整机CO、HC排放结果比无25%负荷的八工况试验循环得出的整机CO、HC排放结果分别高出约49%和40%;用八工况试验循环得出的移动用途柴油机NOX排放值较高,降低全负荷工况NOX排放值是排放达标的关键;对固定用柴油机需关注控制CO的排放量。小型柴油机应根据实际用途不同,按其排放特性优化燃烧参数,并对技术方案进行调整。
Emission researches were carried out based on different structural features and uses of the small single-cylinder diesel engines.Obvious differences of the whole emissions for the same diesel engine using different test cycles were shown.The emissions of CO and HC from 5-mode cycle and 6-mode cycle with 25%load condition are 49% and 40% higher than that from 8-mode cycle without 25%load condition.The mobile use diesel engine NOXemission value is higher with 8-mode cycle,and it is a key factor to reduce full load's NOXemissions to achieve emission standards for mobile use diesel engine;CO emission also needs control for fixed diesel engine.In short,different combustion optimization parameters or measures should be taken according to different actual uses to meet the requirements of emission standards.
