Total quantity and structure prediction of the practical talents of agricultural mechanization in China

依据2004~2013年农机总动力、主要农作物耕种收机械化水平、农机化教育培训总量,建立农机化实用人才总量发展预测模型,对我国＂十三五＂期间农机化教育培训总量和农机化实用人才总量进行预测,以期为确立农机化实用人才总量与构成发展目标提供依据。

According to the total power of agricultural machinery,main crop farming mechanization level,total quantity of agricultural education and training from^2004 to 2013,by trend extrapolation,calculate China＇s total quantity of agricultural education and training and agricultural mechanization practical talents,and prediction practical talents structure in the end of thirteen five years,in order to provide a basis for the development goals of agricultural mechanization practical talents.
