甘肃啤酒大麦的干物质分配模拟研究 被引量:1

摘要 分别在兰州和武威黄羊镇两地,分三个播期和四个品种,播种甘啤4号、甘啤5号、甘啤6号、甘啤7号进行干物质分配正交试验,以甘肃啤酒大麦的生理发育过程为基础构建其干物质在各个器官分配的模拟模型,拟合出黄羊镇高产大麦群体干物质分配与生理发育时间及环境影响因子之间的关系,利用兰州地区试验田不同品种不同播期的试验资料对模型进行检验,试验结果表明所建模型的模拟值和观测值间RMSE值较小,最小值为0.00729,最大值为0.06219,说明拟合的模型能较好的反映甘肃啤酒大麦的干物质分配和器官生长的动态变化。 Taking Lanzhou and Huangyan of Wuwei as the test fields,the Gansu beer barely breeds No.4,5,6and 7were sew in three periods,and the orthogonal experiment of dry matter distribution was carried out.The allocation of the dry matter in each organ was simulated on the basis of the growth progress of the barley in Gansu,and the relationship between the allocation of the dry matter in the barley which were grown in Huangyang and the influence of the timing and the environment was analyzed by MATLAB.Verified the model with the experimental data of different varieties and different sowing periods in fields of Lanzhou,the RMSE between the simulated values and observed values was small.The minimum value is 0.00729 and the maximum value is 0.06219.The model can reflect the dynamic change of the allocation of the dry matter and the organ growth of the beer barley in Gansu.
