全面分析了埃克森美孚、壳牌、BP等"三超"石油公司的HSE绩效和体系化管理特色,对三大石油公司的HSE管理体系、组织结构等进行了重点剖析,提炼其HSE管理成功经验,为国内石油公司HSE管理体系化和持续改进提供借鉴。
The HSE performance and systematic man- agement characteristics of "three -exceeding" petro- leum companies including XOM, Shell and BP are analyzed in an overall manner, thus the HSE man- agement system and organizational structure of these three petroleum companies are mainly analyzed and their experience in HSE management is extracted to provide reference for systematization and continued improvement of HSE management of the domestic pe- troleum companies.
