针对境外油(气)田建设项目HSSE管理缺乏先进的管理手段,管理效率较低问题,介绍一种针对境外油(气)田建设项目的 HSSE信息化管理系统,该系统由若干具有相对独立性和整体统一性的核心模块组成,以项目管理为主,以分包管理为辅。这种系统对于HSSE管理的良好运行和提升HSSE管理效率具有重要意义。

HSSE management of overseas oil/gas field construction projects are often of relatively low effi- ciency due to lack of advanced measures. In an at- tempt to solve this problem, the author introduces an HSSE information management system for the pro- jects. The system consists of a number of core mod- ules with relative independence and integral unity. It focuses mainly on project management, supplemented by subcontract management. The system is of great significance to improve the operation and efficiency of the HSSE management of the projects.
