石化企业吸附冷凝法尾气处理装置研究与应用

Research and Application of Exhaust Gas Treating Equipment of Adsorption and Condensation

针对石化企业装卸作业区及罐区会出现多种有机气体同时排放的情况,提出了一种吸附冷凝式尾气综合治理的方法。由于混合气体中各烃类的熔点及沸点不相同,常规的冷凝法易出现凝固堵塞的现象,通过深入研究吸附+冷凝的工艺,成功解决以上问题,并在某石化厂液体装卸车间投用两级吸附+冷凝尾气回收装置,能够同时处理汽油、苯类、二甲苯、碳九等挥发的有机气体,不仅满足环保要求,同时为企业节省成本,获得良好的经济效益。

As for various organic gases exhausting in loading areas and storage tank farms of petrochemical factories, an integrated exhaust gas treating method of adsorption and condensation has been put forward. Due to different melting points and boiling points of each hydrocarbon in the gas mixture, some condensa- tion- caused plugging faults may occur in the usual condensation treating devices. For such cases, re- search of adsorption and condensation integrated tech- nology has been conducted to resolve such problems successfully. Exhausting gas treating equipment of two -stage adsorption and condensation has been ap- plied at liquid loading section of a certain petrochemi- cal plant. Such equipment can deal with various or- ganic gases at the same time such as gasoline, ben- zene, xylene, C9 and etc. The proposal has not only satisfied with the environmental protection require- ments, but also brought good returns and reduced costs for the company.
