双U型管烟气转换车的抓盖机构为四爪机械手,生产操作时不能准确抓盖、提盖、落盖、放盖,影响装煤除尘效果。将2台烟气转换车的抓盖机构改为C型抓手后,操作更为简单可靠,避免了设备损坏,缩短了操作时间,装煤除尘效果明显改善。

The lid lifting mechanism for double U gas transfer car is a four-claw mechanical tong,which cannot accurately take,lift,lower down and locate the lid. As a result the de-dusting effect is affected. After C type tong is adopted for two gas transfer cars,the operation is more convenient and reliable,damage of equipment is eliminated,operation time is shorter,and the charging emission control effect is obviously improved.
