摘要
介绍了年修时对干熄炉斜道和环形风道进行整体浇注的方法,投产后生产指标运行较好,风量达到75 000m3/h,干熄焦各项经济技术指标较为正常,有利于稳定干熄焦生产和延长年修周期。
This paper introduces the integrate casting on the corbel area and ring air duct of CDQ.The production target is satisfying. Air flow reaches 75,000m3/ h,and the technical and economic indexes are normal. It is good for the stable operation of CDQ and prolonging the maintenance cycle.
