炉门旋转检修装置优化设计及受力分析

摘要 分析了炉门旋转检修装置中炉门固定存在的问题,提出了新的炉门固定方案。采用Solid Works软件的Simulation模块,对该方案中炉门的受力情况进行了仿真分析,验证了方案的可行性。新方案改善了炉门的受力状况,提高了装置的安全性和可靠性。 This paper analyzes the problems for fixing of oven door by oven door rotating maintenance device,and proposes a new method for fixation of oven door. With the simulation model of Solidworks,the force analysis of oven door under this new method is worked out. The feasibility of the new method is verified. The new method improves the force bearing condition of oven door and improves the safety and reliability of the device.
