This paper introduces the main ideas for renovation and expansion of old coking plants. The general layout shall be designed with comprehensive consideration of short term and long term plan,less land occupation and comprehensive utilization of land. The general layout shall be scientific and feasible to minimize the cost,consumption and deviation.
