节能环保型煤气水封的开发与应用

Development and application of energy saving and environment protecting gas water seal

针对传统煤气冷凝液槽在使用过程中存在的问题,对焦炉负压区域的5个水封进行技术改造,采用了冲洗U型管式环保水封,该技术使用循环氨水余热对水封进行保温与冲洗,取得了良好的节能和环保效果。

Regarding to the problems existed in the traditional gas condensate tank,the 5 water seals in the negative pressure area were renovated. U tube energy saving and environment protecting gas water seal was adopted. The waste heat of circulating ammonia liquor was utilized to insulate and flush the water seal. It has good energy saving and environment protecting effect.
