摘要
分析了填料塔存在的问题,介绍了多层分布器的结构特点及设计原理。通过设置多层分布器可以明显提高塔的传质效率,减少塔的阻力。
This paper analyzes the problems existed in the packed columns and introduces the structure features and design principle of multi-layer distributor. With installation of multi-layer distributor,the mass transfer efficiency can be remarkably increased and the resistance of the column can be reduced.
