摘要
利用Aspen Plus化工模拟软件,对工业萘装置的初馏塔和精馏塔进行了模拟计算,考察了工艺操作参数对产品质量和能耗的影响,优化了工艺操作参数,降低了装置的生产能耗。
Simulation calculation has been worked out for the primary tower and rectification tower of industrial naphthalene unit with the help of Aspen Plus chemical simulating software. Influence of process parameters to the product quality and energy consumption was studied. The production power consumption is reduced by optimizing the process parameters.
