Optimization of the anhydrous ammonia device in Coking Plant of JISCO Group

介绍了无水氨生产工艺,分析了影响无水氨生产的不利因素,提出增加水冷洗萘装置、改进脱硫后捕雾装置、强化无水氨系统保温等具体措施,以优化无水氨生产工艺,为类似地区新建、改建无水氨装置提供了借鉴。

This paper introduces the anhydrous ammonia production process,analyzes the negative factors for production of anhydrous ammonia,proposes measures such as adding water cooling naphthalene washing device,improving the demister after desulfurization and strengthening the heat insulation of the system to optimize the production process of anhydrous ammonia. It provides reference for the new construction and renovation of anhydrous ammonia device in other similar plants.
