骨性II类错畸形患者不同垂直骨面型下颌骨三维形态特征研究 被引量:13

摘要 目的:利用锥形束CT对不同垂直骨面型骨性II类错畸形患者下颌骨的形态特征进行比较研究。方法:随机选取骨性II类错畸形患者高角、均角、低角成人CBCT图像各30组,选取10项测量指标,比较各组下颌骨形态特征。结果:高角组患者Co-Go,Co-Co’,Go-Go’,∠Go-Me-Go’,∠Go-N-Go’,∠Go-S-Go’,∠Co-Me-Co’较均角组患者小,∠Co-Go-Me较均角组患者大;低角组患者Co-Go,Go-Go’,Go-Me,下颌联合深度,∠Go-Me-Go’,∠Go-N-Go’,∠Go-S-Go’较均角组患者大,∠CoGo-Me较均角组患者小。高角组患者各项测量指标均较低角组小。结论:骨性II类高角患者具有较短的下颌升支高度,下颌骨后部较窄;低角患者具有较长的下颌升支高度和下颌体长度,下颌骨后部较宽。
