文章分析了CBA职业联赛制度建设中存在的联赛产权、组织管理、战略规划、法制建设、后备梯队、俱乐部建设以及职业裁判等问题,并对联赛制度建设变迁进行了反思。结果表明:联赛产权清晰是职业篮球市场交易规范的基础,管办分离是创新CBA职业联赛管理体制的核心,独立监管是实现联赛健康、持续发展的前提,并提出了CBA职业联赛构建"产权明晰、管办分离、独立监管、五位一体"的联赛发展新架构。

The present article analyzes issues in the construction of CBA professional league system,including league property rights,organization management,strategic planning,law construction,youth team training,club development,professional referees,and reflects on the process of league system construction. The article argues that clarifying property rights is the basis of standardized trades in the professional basketball market,that the separation of government and management is the core of innovating the management system of the CBA professional league,and that independent supervision is the premise for realizing a healthy and sustainable league. Finally,the article suggests a new league development frame,which is characterized by clarified property rights,separate government and management,independent supervision,and＂five in one＂.
