摘要
为研究粉煤灰与煤矸石混合后的阻燃机理,选取山西晋城成庄矿和官地矿的新鲜煤矸石样,通过加入不同量的粉煤灰,并增加黏土添加剂,测试其在程序升温条件下,即30-180℃范围内的指标性气体CO体积分数的变化趋势,并计算临界温度。结果表明,加入不同量的粉煤灰后,CO的产生量减小,临界温度也发生不同程度的变化;且随着粉煤灰加入量的增加,CO产生量和变化率越来越小,临界温度越来越高;而加入黏土对煤矸石CO产生量和临界温度的影响较小。说明粉煤灰对煤矸石的氧化有阻化作用。
To explore the retardation mechanism of fly ash mixed with coal gangue,experiments were carried with coal gangue samples taken from Chengzhuang and Guandi mines in Shanxi,to which different amounts of fly ash were added. The samples were heated in a programmed way in the range of30- 180 ℃. CO volume fraction was monitored. The results show that adding fly ash reduces the amount of CO and raises the critical temperature remarkably,and that adding clay to the samples has no remarkable impact on the amount of CO and the critical temperature,which indicates that fly ash must play a certain role in restraining the oxidation of coal gangue.
