摘要
为提高在用电梯监督抽查工作效率,在统计分析大样本检验数据库的基础上,构建以电梯使用情况、电梯基本参数以及维保安装制造因素为指标的管理指标体系;根据在用电梯整机检验风险分布特性以及风险等级划分的最低合理可行(ALARP)原则,研究电梯整机检验风险等级划分准则,建立电梯整机检验风险预评估模型。工程应用结果表明,用该方法可完成批量电梯的风险预评估工作,为电梯监督抽查工作筛选出合理比例的高风险电梯。
In order to improve the efficiency of in-use elevator supervision,based on statistical analysis of a large sample inspection database,the authors constructed a management index system that took elevator usage condition,basic parameters and maintenance,installation,manufacturing into consideration.According to the risk distribution of inspection for in-use elevator and ALARP criterion for risk classification,the authors researched criteria for risk level classification and constructed a risk pre-assessment model of whole machine inspection. The results of application show that by using of this method,the preliminary risk assessment work can be performed and a reasonable proportion of high-risk elevators can be identified for elevator supervision and inspection.
